Our Rug / Floor Mat -Sewing Made

Premium-quality commodities for international markets.

Our Sewing‑Made Rugs and Floor Mats combine modern manufacturing precision with the timeless beauty of natural fibres. Each rug is machine‑stitched using jute, seagrass, and other plant‑based materials, producing durable mats that bring natural warmth to any room. Jute rugs are celebrated for their softness and subtle sheen, while seagrass rugs offer exceptional durability thanks to their waxy, non‑porous fibres that resist stains. The combination of these fibres results in floor mats that are eco‑friendly, stylish and functional.

Materials & Customisation

  • Jute – Soft, bast fibre harvested from the stem of the Corchorus plant. Provides a relaxed look and comfortable feel; best suited to low to moderate traffic areas.
  • Seagrass – Marine grass dried and woven; non‑porous surface naturally resists moisture and stains. Durable for high‑traffic spaces and retains a slightly glossy finish.
  • Kans grass and other fibres – Available upon request for unique textures or regional styles.
  • Customisation options include:

  • Standard sizes (small area rugs to large floor runners) or bespoke dimensions.
  • Choice of shape (rectangular, square, round or oval).
  • Edging options such as stitched borders, fabric bindings or braided edges.
  • Logo tags or labels sewn onto mats for branding or promotional use.

Features & benefits

  • 1. Natural & sustainable materials – Made from renewable plant fibres like jute and seagrass, these mats are biodegradable and environmentally friendly. Natural fibre rugs contribute to lower carbon footprints and decompose without leaving microplastics. Jute is harvested from the stalks of the Corchorus plant and is spun into soft, golden threads, while seagrass comes from underwater grasses with a natural wax‑like coating that makes the fibres resistant to moisture and stains.
  • 2. Soft yet durable – Jute rugs provide a gentle, cushioned feel underfoot and have a relaxed, rustic look. Seagrass rugs, on the other hand, are highly durable and resistant to staining due to their non‑porous fibres. Sewing these fibres together ensures consistent thickness, reinforced edges and added strength, making the mats suitable for living rooms, hallways and bedrooms.
  • 3. Aesthetic appeal – The earthy tones and natural textures of jute and seagrass rugs add warmth and depth to interiors. Their neutral colours complement modern, rustic, coastal and bohemian décor. Machine stitching allows us to produce mats in uniform shapes and sizes with optional borders for a tailored look.
  • 4. Eco‑friendly & healthier living – Natural fibre rugs are free from toxic treatments and VOCs, promoting better indoor air quality. Jute and seagrass fibres grow quickly without pesticides and are sustainably harvested. Choosing natural fibre mats supports environmentally responsible manufacturing.
  • 5. Affordable & customizable – Compared to synthetic rugs, jute and seagrass rugs offer a budget‑friendly way to introduce organic textures into a space. Machine sewing enables high‑volume production at competitive prices and allows customisation in size, shape and pattern. Clients can select round, rectangular or runner formats, add borders or choose dyed jute for a pop of colour (though seagrass retains its natural hue).

Production Capacity & Lead Time

Our sewing facility leverages industrial machines to produce up to 35 000 sewing‑made rugs/floor mats per 60–90‑day production cycle. Lead times vary by design complexity but typically range from 60–90 days from order confirmation to shipment. Each order goes through sample approval and production monitoring to ensure timely delivery.

Quality Assurance

  • Material selection – We source high‑quality jute and seagrass fibres and inspect them for uniform colour and strength.
  • Precision sewing – Machine stitching ensures that seams are secure and edges are reinforced, extending the rug’s lifespan.
  • Inspection – Each mat undergoes multiple inspections for size accuracy, weaving consistency, stitching quality and finishing. We remove loose fibres and test for edge durability.
  • Customer feedback – We collect feedback after each shipment to continuously improve our products and manufacturing processes.
